Tented Luxury Amongst The Rocks
Nestled in the rolling boulders of a granite outcrop, Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp is conveniently located a ten-minute drive away from Twyfelfontein Rock Engravings and a walking distance away from the Huab River Valley and Damara Living Museum.
The camp consists of 12 furnished en-suite tents with two beds, an open bathroom with a solar-heated hot water shower, basin and toilet and a shaded terrace with chairs. The ‘Main tent’ is an open Lapa that accommodates the restaurant area, a pool deck and a bar. The restaurant is fitted with shutters that can be closed in wintertime.
Amongst the activities guests can enjoy at Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp is a scenic nature drive around the surrounding valley and ephemeral Huab River. This excursion exposes visitors to Twyfelfontein’s unique geological formations and the possibility of spotting the region’s highly elusive desert-adapted rhinos and elephants.
